By booking an appointment with Spawale.com, you agree to the terms below.


1. Appointment Cancellations

We understand that life happens and schedules can change. However, missed appointments or last-minute cancellations impact our staff and other clients.

Cancellation Window:

  • You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance without penalty.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled time may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Cancellation Methods:

To cancel or reschedule your appointment, you may:

  • Log into your account at Spawale.com

  • Email us at [Insert Email Address]

Late Arrivals:

  • If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid delays for the next client.

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be considered a no-show and cancellation fees may apply.


2. No-Show Policy

  • If you fail to show up without notice, you will be charged up to 100% of the service price, depending on the booking type and location.

  • Repeat no-shows may result in account suspension or a requirement to prepay future appointments.


3. Refund Policy

We aim to ensure your satisfaction, and refunds are considered under the following conditions:

Eligible Refunds:

  • Full refund for prepaid appointments canceled more than 24 hours in advance

  • Partial refund (up to 50%) for cancellations made within 24 hours, depending on circumstances

  • Full refund if we cancel or reschedule your appointment and you are unable to find a suitable alternative

Ineligible Refunds:

  • Services already rendered

  • No-shows or same-day cancellations

  • Gift cards and promotional vouchers (unless required by law)

How Refunds Are Processed:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment

  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account


4. Gift Cards and Prepaid Packages

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Unused prepaid services may be eligible for a partial refund (based on remaining balance), unless stated otherwise in the package terms.


5. Exceptions

We understand that emergencies and special circumstances arise. If you have a unique situation (e.g., medical emergency, unexpected travel), please contact us. We may, at our discretion, waive cancellation fees or offer a credit.
